​I am a fully qualified and registered Nutritional Therapist based in the fine city of Norwich. My aim is to help you take control of your health, get the most out of food and diet and help you to discover the endless possibilities Nutritional Therapy has to offer you and your family.

I am not a 'one size fits all Nutritional Therapist'. Each consultation and programme is tailored to fit the individual. Nutritional Therapy is about people and every person is different. Make your diet work for you!
AVAILABILITY
I am a Nutritional Therapist based at Treat in Capitol House, Heigham Street, Norwich.
I am also available for talks, presentations, open days and Skype consultations.
